Yellow Steps is a place-based learning residency that helps Capitol Hill students and staff connect learning more intentionally to the neighbourhood and community around our school. Through staff planning and student fieldwork within our local 1 km learning area, the residency helps us use nearby places as meaningful contexts for inquiry, observation, and curriculum-connected learning.
